Registration Payments
Payment is required at the time of registration. Only one payment is needed to secure your child's spot in the 10-week session. Please note that by completing your registration and making the payment, you are reserving your child's place in the program.
Cancellation/Refund
We do not offer credits, refunds, or discounts for cancellations, absences, or withdrawals from 1-on-1 In-Home Lessons though the Brightest Spanish Program, regardless of the reason or circumstances. We kindly ask that you review your schedule carefully to avoid potential conflicts before enrolling.
Enrollment Confirmation
Once your registration is complete, Parents/Caregivers will receive an email confirmation with the class dates and times.
Non-Enrolled Children
Please note that Brightest Spanish Little Learners, LLC does not permit non-enrolled children to attend classes. Only child who is officially registered may participate. This policy helps us maintain a focused and engaging environment for all participants.
Teacher Attendance
If the teacher is unable to attend scheduled class, you will be notified via email. Makeup classes may be scheduled on any day from Monday to Saturday during the 10-week session. Please note that the makeup class may not be at the same time as you regularly scheduled class.
Attendance & Lateness
Parents/Caregivers are expected on time for their scheduled classes. Late arrivals will result in a shortened class time, as missed time cannot be made up.
If the teacher is late to your class, your child will still receive their full class time.
Weather Closures
For the safety of our participants and staff, Brightest Spanish Little Learners, LLC follows the West Chester School District's decisions regarding weather-related cancellations.
In the event of an inclement weather cancellation, you will be notified via email. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or credits will be issued for classes canceled due to inclement weather.
Missed/Makeup Classes
If your child is unable to attend a class due to illness, travel, weather closures or delays, you may email us to schedule a makeup class.
Families are allowed to schedule up to two (2) makeup classes per 10-week session term.
Makeup classes will only be offered Monday through Saturday during the current session.
We cannot guarantee that makeup classes will be held at the same time as your regular class.
Please note:
Missed classes that are not made up during the 10-week term cannot be carried over to the next term.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes that are not made up.

Cancellation/Refund
Brightest Spanish Little Learners, LLC does not offer refunds or discounts for cancellations, absences, or withdrawals from One-Time Classes, regardless of the reason or circumstances.
Exception: If a class is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies and cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.
We kindly ask that you review your schedule carefully before registering.
